I need a surgery and if I need surgery what kind of surgery it will be?

I found your site on internet and I would like to know,if possible,what will be your sugesstion for my diagnose.

Dg. St post polypectomiam et op sin paranas. per viam endoscopicam. Rhinosinuitis chr polyposa recidivans.

I am using Filxonase 2 years and from time to time antibiotics,but I am not feeling better.Do you think I need a surgery and if I need surgery what kind of surgery it will be?
I had done CT and it show «pansinusit»
